What to expect
I am a highly engaging enthusiastic speaker. I love getting my audiences involved with me. I am definitely not just a talking head. My talks include a lot of practical stories and helpful information that people can use in their leadership management styles. I like to make people laugh and I like to make people think. I had a professor years ago who told me the key to communication is to put the cookies on the lower shelf so everybody can reach them. That's my approach to speaking--helpful information that's clear and easy to understand.

Additional booking notes
I normally use PowerPoint presentations in my talks. It's helpful to have a HDMI cable that I can hook directly to my MacBook for the presentations. I prefer wireless headset for microphones.
