The Time Burners is a husband & wife vintage roots music duo from Eureka Springs, AR. We met playing music in our high school years and we've been together ever since. We play a mix of 50's, 60's rockabilly, classic country and roots music. We also do a mix of some of our original music depending on the event. Our musical experience has allowed us to play a large variety of venues and events across the Midwest. Entertaining folks is simply what we do and seems our music touches those of all ages. We mostly play 1 to 2 hour gigs as a duo and our rates are reasonable. We hope you give The Time Burners a look and listen when searching for professional entertainment.
The Time Burners were fantastic!! They were great about communicating ahead of time. Also, they spent time talking with guests (including the family if the litle boy who we honored at our event) in between sets, played AMAZING songs that everyone enjoyed (at the perfect volume, so that guests could enjoy the music while still being able to converse). Very professional. Can't say enough about them!!
Price Range: $100 - $2000

What to Expect
A great show from a couple that is committed to keeping the roots of music alive while giving folks a chance to remember the tunes of yesterday in old rock & country. We strive to bring smiles at every show and love entertaining folks of all ages at a variety of venues and events.
The Time Burners is a husband & wife vintage roots music duo from Eureka Springs, AR. With a hot start in Lincoln, NE The Time Burners continue to spread their brand of roots music through the North West Arkansas region. We met playing music in our high school years and we've been together ever since. Our musical experience over the years has allowed us to play a vast array of venues and events all over the Midwest. While paying our dues and learning the roots of music, we played in an award winning band called Travis & the Flamekats. We also had the good fortune to share the stage and learn from some blues greats such as Magic Slim, Nick Holt, Duke Robillard & Shemekia Copeland.
The Time Burners have played a large variety of shows including several major events like the Nebraska State Fair, Iowa State Fair, Omaha Summer Arts Festival, Arts On The Plaza Concert Series, Nebraska Farm Bureau Foundation Grower's Gala, Apple Jack Festival, Vala's Pumpkin Patch and completed a tour in North West Arkansas. They also have played the legendary Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, IA. Our family-friendly shows allow us to entertain and bring smiles to folks of all ages. We were the roots final grand prize winner in April 2016 for one of our original songs on (link hidden) and we were a nominee for best Americana/Folk group at the Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards in February of 2018.
Our love of old music that has meaning is something that has stuck with us and continues to blossom as we mature musically. A perfect blend of rockabilly, classic country, and roots based music is our forte along with a mix of our original songs. Keeping true music alive and kicking is something we have a passion for and hope you enjoy what we create as much as we love making it.
"Travis and Becky are great entertainers. We have all ages of people at our concerts and everyone enjoyed it. The older generation were transported back by the songs of their youth and the young kids were dancing and enjoying the cool music. Between the music and humor, they kept smiles on the faces of everyone."
- Robert Martinson - NRoute Entertainment Fort Cody Music Series
"The Time Burners are a delightful duet that captures the spirit of traditional country music reminiscent of the early days of the Grand Ole Opry. Their audience appeal is fantastic and their professionalism, in not only their performance but with their communication and booking, is well above standard. I'd be pleased to have them at any event I'm producing and I know they will entertain the crowd every time. It was a pleasure to have them at the 20th Annual Wahoo Country Music Show and I'll look forward to hearing them again soon."
- Sharon Kenaston - Director of Wahoo Country Music Show

"The Time Burners are a high energy roots duo from Nebraska that specialize in rockabilly, classic country, and roots. Their new album sounds like they walked into Sun Records door after The Million Dollar Quartet sessions. Playful vocals, tight grooves, well crafted original songwriting with a retro vibe and kazoos! A delightful listen."
-Bryan Klausing - Acoustic Rainbow
“Our crowd loved the Time Burners! Everyone enjoyed the way they interacted with the audience, but most of the feedback we received focused on what talented musicians they are. They played the perfect mix of music and had our members tapping their toes and singing along all night. I highly recommend the Time Burners!”
-Megahn Schafer (Executive Director) - Nebraska Farm Bureau Foundation
"The Time Burners sound is brilliant and simple, it's like rockabilly should sound and the vocals are fantastic"
- Chema Valbuena - Rock Therapy Radio (Spain)
"You are such an incredible talent! Allow me to gush a bit.... ;-) you create these unforgettable moments for your audience where they are able to be within the moment and forget about their worries and troubles. It's a gift! Your talent is such high quality! Perfect example is Becky on Tennessee Waltz- she could revival Patti Page any day! She can stop the worlds rotation with her voice."
- Kat Cloran - Gratitude Cafe
"We received all great comments. Patrick and I both commented on your energy and style of music. You were very interactive with the crowd, and that kept many patrons there for most of the night."
- Teresa Mejstrik - Brew Coffee House & Tasting Room
"Some of it reminds me of the late great Charlie Feathers. Great writing, performing & recording."

- Valerie Dempster - The Evergreen
"The songs were a combination of wonderfully fresh renditions of old favorites and originals that are right at home in the company of the classics. The performance was engaging and intimate, even when playing to a large crowd. The harmonies were sharp and interesting and the interplay between Becky and Travis was simply charming. I really loved the show and I look forward to seeing them again soon."
