What to expect
Expect quick response and professionalism. Sam and his group will be sure to provide you with music that will fit your event best, ensuring a positive experience for all.
For event longer than an hour and a half, expect the group to need one 10-15 minute break at the top of the hour, for each hour over 2 hours. (Ex: 3 hour event, 2 breaks)
In most cases the group will need access to reliable power for any necessary amplification such as guitar/bass amps.
About
Sam Uhrlass is a Greensboro native saxophonist who received his BM in Jazz Performance at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Called a “jack of all trades” Sam can do it all. From lush ballads to straight ahead jazz to head nodding funk, Sam and his group can ensure a smooth and professional experience.
