SAE Jam Band provides a professional, organized, and flexible setup designed to work smoothly in a wide range of venues — from intimate private parties to large community festivals and corporate events.

Sound & Audio

• Professional PA sound system available for audiences up to 250–300 guests
• Digital mixing console with wireless microphones
• Full band backline (drums, keyboards, bass, guitar, vocal mics)
• Separate monitor mix for performers
• Ability to connect to house systems when available
• Power requirement: Minimum two (2) dedicated 20-amp circuits

Stage & Space

• Minimum performance area: 12 ft x 16 ft (larger preferred for 5–7 piece band)
• Indoor and outdoor friendly
• Level surface required
• Overhead cover required for outdoor performances
• Band riser recommended for large venues (optional)

Lighting

• Basic stage lighting recommended for evening/night performances
• House lighting acceptable
• Band can provide small LED stage lighting if needed (upon request)

Setup & Load-In

• 60–90 minutes required for setup and sound check
• 30–45 minutes for breakdown
• Easy access to performance area for load-in/load-out
• Secure power source within 25–50 feet of stage area

Client Responsibilities
