The Service Approach to Doing Business

First and foremost you would be getting a professional speaker. By this I mean that I will be prompt, I will do my homework about your event, I will limit my time to what you give me (I won't go short or long).

I can tailor my presentation to your event. If you need me to speak on being a service oriented person to the Rodeo Clown Association I can do that. If you give me 5 minutes or 5 hours you will get as much information and "Sizzle" as I can in the given time frame.

I believe that a good speaker is able to incorporate humor and everyday examples into their presentation. My jokes may not always be funny but they will be told (see that's my attempt at humor).

Most importantly you will get a speaker that wants your event to succeed as much as you do.

I have a funny and witty speaking style. I try to inject humor and everyday occurrences into my speaking engagements. I can tailor my message of service to the customer to whatever your event requires.

I am currently the Manager/CEO of Rocket Federal Credit Union. My credit union experience and expertise in management will be a valuable asset to any event. My passion for customer service and business development will help your organization and event attendants continue to provide exceptional service to their customers.

I have nearly 20 years in the Financial/Business industry where I have served as a loan officer, CFO/assistant manager, compliance officer, marketing officer, and the always popular "whatever we need done you get to do it" officer. No matter where I serve, or in what capacity, I always strive for excellence in service. If you take care of your customers they will take care of you.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma. Additionally, I am actively involved in the community I previously served as vice chairman of the Downtown Shawnee Association, vice chairman of the Pottawatomie Historical Society, and board member of the Save the Ritz Foundation. I am currently a member of the Lions Club in McGregor TX, the membership chairman for the McGregor Rotary Club, Board member for the McGregor Chamber of Commerce and an at large member of the McGregor 2030 steering committee.

My presentation can be tailored to your needs. I don't have any preconceived requirements. Once you choose me as your speaker we would set a time to have a pre-speech meeting where you would outline your wants and needs and I will do everything in my power to fulfill that list.
