What to expect

Super professional, excellent communication and timeliness. We play with the same band members every night and provide a seamless show for the most high end events acrosss the Lowcountry.

The show is over 3 hours of upbeat dance music covering the best party songs from the past 60 years.

About

The Rising Tide's band members believe that a great event band puts the music first and doesn’t unnecessarily distract attention away from the event itself. Lead singer Charlotte Laird is the perfect combination of cool and confident, and she knows how to “conduct” a great live show. Never over-the-top or cheesy, she leads gracefully with charm and wit as the band’s Master of Ceremonies, with her band of classy gents backing her up all the way. At the end of the day, YOU should be the star of your event!

We were founded as a supergroup of musicians interested in raising the bar of live entertainment. We are elevating what it means to throw first-class, Charleston-style parties. With the notion of becoming Charleston’s next entertainment dynamo, each member brings a background steeped in the sounds of soul, motown, blues, jazz and pop to the show. Long time friends and collaborators, forming The Rising Tide was an obvious next step in our music careers.
