The Right Union is a husband and wife duo. JD plays acoustic (and sometimes electric) guitar and Alyssa has a soulful voice. Their music is “family friendly,” including mainstream and Christian songs. If you were to label their sound, it would be Americana. They do a mix of covers ranging from classic rock, country, alternative and southern rock and rock/pop, all with a folky feel. They aim to do more originals in the future. As of now, they have three original songs on the main streaming apps. T.R.U. has played coffee shops, festivals, community events, and churches.
