What to expect

List of 3 Talks. Each have associated courses for individuals, groups and teams.

Reinvent for Future Readiness: How to Thrive in a World of Constant Change
In an unpredictable and fast-evolving world, staying ready means staying adaptable. This talk explores how reinvention is not just a response to change but a proactive strategy for thriving in uncertainty. Gemma provides actionable insights, effective tools, and inspiring stories to help leaders and changemakers pivot, innovate, and remain resilient and relevant while shaping a future filled with possibility.

Your Genius Map: Charting the Path to Your Greatest Work
What if every detour, u-turn and unexpected stop was part of a hidden roadmap to your unique genius? This keynote redefines what it means to curate your skills inventory. With humor and insight, Gemma takes audiences on a transformative journey to uncover how their experiences, talents, and passions—no matter how unrelated they seem—intersect to reveal the ONE thing only THEY can offer the world. It’s not just about finding your path—it’s about realizing you’ve been building it all along.

From Imposter to I'mPower: Turning Confidence Gaps Into Bold Breakthroughs
Confidence gaps don’t just affect individuals—they hinder productivity, stifle innovation, and contribute to burnout across teams. When leaders and employees question their abilities, they avoid risks, delay action, and miss opportunities for growth. In this keynote, Gemma reveals how addressing these gaps can unlock potential, foster collaboration, and build confident, resilient teams. Drawing on her own journey and practical tools, she helps audiences close their confidence gaps, achieve bold breakthroughs, and lead with clarity and purpose. This talk bridges personal challenges and workplace solutions, offering strategies to transform hesitation into a catalyst for innovation and success.
