As a caterer, we know the food is part of the main attraction second to the occasion being celebrated. The Platinum Chef and staff create very detailed table scape to showcase each dish. Buffet tables are decorated and displayed to fit the occasion. If it is a seated meal, meals are served on modern or contemporary designed china. Plates are all uniformed with the dish elegantly served on each plate. We take pride in making sure all plates are uniformed if it is sit down service. Your guess should be expected to be greeted by well groomed professional and friendly staff.

We specialize in but not limited to vegan, vegetarian, and Caribbean cuisines and baked goods. Whether its a private party for 10 or large celebration of 200, our attention to detail and developing and understanding of our clients' vision is what sets us a part from others. As a full service catering company we can get involved in as much planning as our clients would like for that special day. We work closely with other vendors, such as rental equipment, photographers, music, bakers, etc. Our main goal is to leave you and your guess in awe and tantalize your taste buds.
As a personal chef and catering company, we have done interactive cooking classes for parties of 10 to 15 in clients' homes, outdoor cook outs, kids birthday parties, theme oriented Bar Mitzvahs, Corporate lunch delivery programs, Corporate holiday events, Corporate lunch & learn, Vegan and non-Vegan weddings. We have also gone as far as assuming the roll of event planning/caterer for clients' weddings and Soiree.
