October 17, 2025We initially used the Piper of Kintore for my mother's interment in 2018. He played so beautifully. This past weekend, we interred my grandparents in the same cemetery and asked him to play for this ceremony as well. It was, as before, lovely and so moving. He is a gifted piper!

I have an excellent knowledge of the history of the tunes I play so I can talk about the tunes when the moment presents itself and is appropriate. This adds to the event.
I tailor my tunes to the event. If it is a Robbie Burns dinner, I ensure the tunes center around his time period and influence. The same goes for weddings, funerals. I ensure the tunes fit perfectly with the type of event.
If you hire me you get a piper who listens to the client and ensures their wishes are determined in the preparation phase and that the actual piping at the event is of the highest standard resulting in client satisfaction.
Music has always been a passion in my life. I took up the bapipes because of my families Scottish ancestry. I really enjoy performing, be it a wedding or celebration of life or birthday party, etc. I am also the Pipe Sergeant of the Stratford Police Pipes and Drums. I love all forms of music due to my upbringing. I come from a very musical family and my father made sure I learned multiple instsruments and made sure I listened to many different types of music.
