I am a classically trained piano player who has spent the last 20 years developing my own style of soft, mood-setting background piano; perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions, country clubs, cocktail hours, dinner parties, or any social events. While I truly excel playing my own style,
I also can play and sing over 100 popular songs from the 70s 80s and 90s for sing alongs or venue gigs. I am also happy to learn to play any special requests you might have, just let me know if the gig for background piano or a performance so I can prepare material and equipment.

December 21, 2025We hired a pianist for a holiday sing-a-long. Was almost impossible to reach him in advance; he finally texted after i escalated. Then day of event at 6 pm he texted that he “had covid”. Showed up in a flannel hoodie, clearly no idea about event even though i had suggested some songs in advance (“what kind of music do you want?”). Was playing off his phone (with one of our guests scrolling for him to see the music).
If he really did have covid - he showed up with no mask reeking of cigarettes.
All in all - not worth the $$.
