About
The Phix is a two member hip hop alliance who writes, produces, records, mixes and performs their own music. The duo has put their individual talents to use with Dutch mixing and mastering the tracks while Gauge produces instrumentals. The Phix has a range of talents and aren't bound by genre even though they are referred to as a hip hop group. The Phix has created a diverse catalog of music including; hip hop/rap, R&B, Trap, Rock, and spoken word. Dutch and Gauge are both from New Orleans, La and have been best friends since they met in the 3rd Grade. Both have military backgrounds, so an event planner or promoter can expect a prompt arrival and professional correspondence between themselves and the group. The chemistry between the two is incredible and once the music starts it's immediately evident that the two are natural performers, guaranteed to please the crowd.
