Our “Throughout Event Services” and Upon Staff Arrival:

A time line of service with Host /Hostess of Event is discussed upon arrival in your home or event space
Servers will begin with…
Set up/ plate hot/cold appetizers
Butler Style Heat & Pass h'orderves (additional staff maybe suggested)
Setting up tables & decor & necessary equipment
Receive, Set up catered food
Serve Buffet if requested by host or hostess
Replenish buffet
Prep additional food for buffet
Coffee & Tea Station set up
Platter & Serve Desserts
Cut and Pass cake to guests
Self service cocktails or bar station
Continuously Refill ice buckets & coolers for any self service beverages
Constant Attendance to Clearing tables & tidying entire areas throughout your event
Packing up & Organizing left overs into refrigerator or holding space
Hand wash all dishes
Kitchen Clean up throughout event

I can certainly thank my family for setting me off on this journey. They were always hosting a special celebration a birthday party or a holiday.
They had me helping be a part of any event whether it was in the kitchen baking a cake or pie, setting a table or helping wash dishes.
I can honestly remember my grandmother teaching many family recipes. Such wonderful memories now to look back. So thankful for all those special moments.

As I grew old enough to work, I began working in any customer service job I could find! I found myself in a restaurant! A true learning experience… Not only with food and serving but managerial roles.
It just felt like a natural progression to continue in the hospitality industry in some capacity.
Spending time serving people is what I have enjoyed for so long. And being able to be a part of people’s special moments in life is a true joy! Whether it is setting up decor or cutting a cake… it is a true privilege be a part of people’s parties!
