On the Day of Your Event, The Party Savers want You to sit back, relax and be able to enjoy every moment with Your guests!

From set up to clean up, we begin by setting up the atmosphere to Your liking. We provide preparation services all the way through to cleaning up after the party. Food and drinks will be handled as well as all tables being cared for and cleaned throughout the event

*Our “Before The Party” Services:
Consultation and Booking
-Determine Type of Party and what You the Host Expects. All questions and requests answered. Discussion of Event Day.

*Our “During the Party” Services:
Plate and set up hot/cold appetizers
Set up of tables & decorations
Butler Style heat and pass h'orderves (if requested, additional fee)
Receive and set up catered food
Replenish buffet (sternos) and food as needed
Light cooking/heating up or BBQ Grilling
Coffee and tea set up
Plate and Serve Desserts
Cut/pass cake
Bar and drink set up as well as passing drinks
Attendance to clearing tables (throughout party)
Packing up and storing all left overs
Dish washing
light housekeeping (throughout party)

Our licensed bartenders are professional, experienced and knowledgeable.
We are focused on providing high quality bartending services and customer satisfaction. We can help you create a Signature Drink for your Occasion.

All bartenders come with their own bottle openers and shakers for mixed drinks. We have a Portable Bar available - We will Make sure every glass is full & everyone is happy!
We reserve the right to stop service to any guest as necessary. As Safety is always Our #1 Priority.

I can certainly thank my family for setting me off on this journey. They were always hosting a special celebration a birthday party or a holiday.
They had me helping be a part of any event whether it was in the kitchen baking a cake or pie, setting a table or helping wash dishes.
I can honestly remember my grandmother teaching many family recipes. Such wonderful memories now to look back. So thankful for all those special moments.

As I grew old enough to work, I began working in any customer service job I could find! I found myself in a restaurant! A true learning experience… Not only with food and serving but managerial roles.
It just felt like a natural progression to continue in the hospitality industry in some capacity.
Spending time serving people is what I have enjoyed for so long. And being able to be a part of people’s special moments in life is a true joy! Whether it is setting up decor or cutting a cake… it is a true privilege be a part of people’s parties!

A contract is sent to you for securing your date. A deposit is required to hold staffing .
