Andrew Diehl grew up in the mountains of West Virginia, picked up the harmonica when he was nine and spent his teens wearing the grooves out of Little Walter records. After moving north to Chicago at seventeen, Diehl fell in love with the guitar and it hasn’t left his hands since. You can catch The Nightmen performing all over the midwest, delivering a heavy hit of electric blues and vintage rock n’ roll.
We had the 3 member version of the band for our wedding with Andrew Diehl on guitar and they were fabulous. I’m sure the full band would have been even better, but the space we had for the band to play was limited. The wedding guests I talked to all thought they were great.
This band was great and just perfect for the birthday celebration. Everyone commented on how good they were. Andrew was easy to contact and work with on the front end – with a nice party vibe on the performance end. Completely relaxed and fun! Hire them!
The band was great. Arrived on time, solid performance. Would definitely use again.
The Nightmen were awesome! Great tunes, super communicative, punctual, stayed an hour later for a nominal fee. We had an amazing first work event (ever, thanks to COVID!) with them! Recommend 10/10

We offer everything from Andrew Diehl solo, to a swinging trio playing background jazz for dinner, to a five piece Chicago blues band tearing it up and keeping your party dancing. We aren’t your typical wedding or cover band, we play Chicago blues, some swing, jump and roots rock n’ roll.
