May 30, 2016I hired David Robbins for my mother’s surprise 70th birthday party outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From my first conversation with David I could tell that he was special and would be the right choice for our party. Throughout all of my interactions with him, he was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful in the planning and coordinating of the details of his performance. David was an absolute pleasure to work with, from start to finish.
David’s performance at the party was outstanding! David is amazingly talented and truly is the “Mirror of Mathis”. He looks like him, sounds like him, and moves like him. His mannerisms and vocalizations are exactly like Johnny Mathis! He is so authentic that my mother was brought to tears! She said that as she watched him she was transported back to the Fox Theater, a teenager once again listening to the velvet vocals of Johnny Mathis!
Not only is David thoroughly entertaining to watch and 100% believable as Johnny Mathis, he is a genuinely likeable person. I wholeheartedly recommend David Robbins. I am confident that any true Johnny Mathis fan will love him as much as we did!

August 22, 2014I was searching for a Johnny Mathis impersonator on the web and came across David Robbins, Mirror of Johnny. It was for a surprise for my sister's 70th birthday. She has loved Johnny Mathis since she was a young girl. Let me say that David SMASHED IT! First, we set up a surprise so when she came into the room he was already singing. She was in tears - happy tears - as David out did himself; Johnny Mathis song after song and a few bonuses as well. Just a nice man, professional and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. My sister was thrilled to death; highlight of her birthday. Hope to see him again in person down the road.
