With years of experience as a public speaker and presenter, I understand how to adapt to any audience—whether it’s a high-energy crowd at a trade show, a formal corporate awards ceremony, or an intimate fundraising event.

My style combines professionalism, flexibility, and just the right amount of fun, ensuring your audience is entertained, informed, and fully engaged. My background in real estate, public speaking, global travel, and media gives me unique insight into the personality of the audience and what they respond to, and I tailor my hosting style to meet your event’s goals. I am willing to travel.

For my Nashville clients, I add a personal touch by weaving in stories of growing up in “old Nashville.” I love customizing the experience for local conferences and events. Whether your audience is filled with Nashville natives or first-time visitors, I bring an authentic connection to Music City that elevates the event and makes it truly unforgettable.

Monica Neubauer is an international speaker, Emcee and an award-winning real estate agent with 24 years in the industry. As a life-long entrepreneur, she and her husband, Mark, of 35 years, have launched 5 businesses and know how important communication is to the success of any endeavor - personal and professional. Monica is the host of 2 podcasts, the National Association of REALTORS Center for REALTOR Development Podcast and An Open Conversation with Mark and Monica. Monica is passionate about personality profiles, education and encouraging good communication.

Her insights have impacted thousands through national media including features in print media and as a guest on podcasts. She is the author of Straight Talk for Real Estate Success - 80 Tips for Organizing, Structuring, and Promoting your Business and Hire a Great Real Estate Agent – Tips from an Insider. She is a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) with the National Speaker Association. She was the 2023 TN REALTORS Educator of the Year.

Monica has lived in over a dozen countries and traveled extensively in many others. By studying the cultural differences that exist within the human experience she's become a Maverick Motivator on a mission to help people grow in positive directions in their personal and professional lives. She lives in Franklin, TN with her husband, Mark, and goldendoodle, Charlie.
