Installation Time

Mini-sized walls (4x8 or 5x8): 45 minutes – 1 hour

Full-sized walls (8x8): 1 – 1.5 hours

Setup Requirements

Indoor areas preferred for best results.

Outdoor setups must be pre-approved, on a flat surface, covered/protected, and away from direct sun. (Additional fee may apply.)

Rental Period

All-day rental – up to 24 hours

Multi-day rental options available

Pick-up by 9PM or next-morning pick-up included in rental price

Late-night pick-up (after 9PM) available for an additional fee

Booking & Policies

Book up to 12 months in advance

Last-minute bookings (less than 3 days’ notice) subject to a rush fee

A Service Agreement is required for all rentals

About the Owner

I’m Luisa Valdez, also known as Lulu The Flower Wall Lady, proud owner of The Luxe Zone LLC. In May 2023, I left the corporate world to pursue my dream of entrepreneurship and event décor.

With over 20 years of experience in the medical field—ranging from customer service and clinical research coordination to mobile operations and executive administrative support—I bring a strong foundation in service, organization, and leadership.

My true passions are:

During my last role at a nonprofit foundation, I discovered my love for event planning while coordinating galas to support funding initiatives. In 2022, I began researching flower walls in the DFW area and knew it was something I would both enjoy and excel at. I partnered with high-quality suppliers who handcraft each wall to order, ensuring my inventory is unique, premium, and made to impress.

The Luxe Zone isn’t just about décor—it’s about creating meaningful, memorable experiences. ✨

We have had the pleasure of being a part of weddings, proposals, baby showers, bridal showers, grand openings, graduation parties, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16's, anniversary parties, retirement parties, cotillion celebrations, bridal shows, women's expos, ribbon cuttings, bingo nights, networking events, social gatherings, and so much more. We can serve any event, big or small.

Installation Time

Mini Walls (4x8 / 5x8): 45 min – 1 hr

Delivery & Travel

Based in 76131 (Fort Worth)

Delivery included for first 20 miles (round trip)

Any mileage beyond the first 20 miles is $1.00 per mile (round trip)

Please let us know delivery details in advance (loading dock, security, risk management, stairs, elevators, parking, or special contact persons)
