What to expect
Nichole is known for her warm, conversational style that feels more like sitting down with a trusted friend than attending a formal presentation. Through storytelling, biblical insight, and practical application, she creates an atmosphere where audiences feel seen, understood, and encouraged. Her messages are thoughtful and engaging, often weaving together Scripture, personal experiences, and reflections from the natural world to help listeners reconnect with God’s presence in the midst of busy and demanding lives.
Event planners can expect a speaker who is professional, organized, and committed to serving both the audience and the goals of the event. Nichole takes time to understand the heart of each gathering and works closely with organizers to tailor her message so it aligns with the theme, audience, and purpose of the event.
Audiences will leave with more than inspiration—they will walk away with practical tools and spiritual encouragement they can apply to their daily lives. Nichole equips listeners with simple, meaningful ways to quiet mental overwhelm, cultivate a deeper connection with God, and live more intentionally in the season they are in. Her messages resonate particularly with women, parents, ministry leaders, and those navigating seasons of stress, transition, or emotional fatigue.
Depending on the event, Nichole can offer keynote messages, workshop-style teaching, or breakout sessions. Her speaking topics often focus on themes such as overcoming overwhelm, faith-rooted mental wellness, slowing down in a hurried world, and rediscovering the peace God intended for us from the very beginning.
Nichole is also the author of Christian non-fiction focused on intentional living and faith-based mental wellness. Her work encourages readers and listeners to release the pressure of trying to control everything and instead trust God’s design for peace and purpose. This perspective carries into her speaking, where she thoughtfully connects biblical truth with the real-life challenges people face today.
Clients who work with Nichole can expect clear communication, timely responses, and a collaborative approach throughout the planning process. She strives to make the experience smooth and encouraging for event hosts while delivering a message that meaningfully impacts the audience.
Above all, Nichole’s goal is simple: to create space where people can breathe, reflect, and remember that they were never meant to carry life alone. Her hope is that every person who hears her speak leaves feeling lighter, more hopeful, and more confident in the quiet work God is doing in their lives.
About
Nichole J Suvar is a writer, speaker, and intentional living strategist who comes alongside overwhelmed women to introduce them to God’s design for mental wellness. Through her books, devotions, podcasts, and speaking, she helps women identify the sources of their anxiety and move from being chronically overwhelmed, rushing, and purposeless to grounded, focused, and full of purpose.
Nichole has been featured on Her View From Home, Living By Design Ministries, and Proverbs 31 Ministries. She partners with several nonprofit organizations, locally and nationwide, to promote mental wellness and faith through meaningful conversations. She has published five books, her latest being I Don’t Have to Hold it All Together, Cultivating the Peace of Eden When Feeling Overwhelmed.
She and her husband, Paul, live in Indiana with their three teens. You can find Nichole trying in vain to keep the cupboards stocked for her always-hungry kids, hiking a new trail and soaking in the quiet with her husband, or savoring cheddar cheese with pickles like a gourmet meal. She’ll take deep conversations over small talk any day, especially if there’s good coffee involved.
