Aaron earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Ministry.

Building on a 17 year career in Christian ministry, Aaron rejoined Stroman & Associates in 2021, leveraging his deep experience in leadership and volunteer management to supplement the firm’s consultancy in fundraising, board governance, strategic planning, organizational health and leadership development.
