My message as a Speaker is to empower individuals and businesses to create a positive culture in their business and life. Our fast paced society of today's world demands we have a formula of success. My formula is Energy +Connections + Influence + Integrations = Great Results/Purpose of Life. I will show how businesses and individuals with a culture of engagement with it's team wins every time.

I deliver a message so that individuals and organizations can Ascend to their peak so they can achieve their dreams, goals, and ambitions by creating a High Achiever's Mindset. I share how living and sharing my purpose in life is to be a servant leader it allows me to show my appreciation and love in my relationships so that I might help others give of themselves freely, love openly and make a difference in the world. I have been able to teach and train thousands of individuals to implement personal and professional growth strategies that have led them to greater levels of clarity and purpose in life!

As founder and CEO of Ascend Business Strategies, Gary Wilbers is applying his passion for helping others with inspirational keynote speeches, business coaching and leadership training. Gary has been an entrepreneur and owner of multiple businesses in Missouri since 1990. His strong belief that life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it established his life’s foundation.

The first business he built, Mid-America Wireless, started as a small two-man company culminating with ten regional storefronts and over 150 employees. Using his success as the foundation he created High Achievers Mindset. He specializes in public speaking and training and is a certified trainer for High Performance Coaching. Gary received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Lincoln University.

Gary is also involved in his community giving his time and resources to several organizations. His passion, lies in his work with Special Olympics Missouri. He currently serves on the statewide board and is currently serving as the Capital Campaign Chair for their Training for Life Campus. Their goal is to raise (link hidden) million dollars, in order to build a state of the art training facility for Missouri athletes. One of his greatest joys is playing unified golf with Keith Lueckenhoff, a SOMO athlete. Gary and his wife, Dana, have three children: Chris, Adam, and Elle.

Willing to work with the venue coordinator depending on the size of the audience but below are typical requirements. If speaker needs to supply items please let him know.

1. LCD projector for PowerPoint Presentation
2. Screen and/or Large, White Blank Wall
3. Power source and/or Extension Cord
4. Lavaliere Microphone
5. Water: We would appreciate it if there could be a bottle water available to the speaker on the podium/stage.

The speaker will bring the presentation on his personal laptop and/or on a flash drive.
The speaker has a MAC laptop. The presentation will be in PowerPoint format, 16:9 ratio.
