Showcasing one of the best rock and roll horn sections in the Pacific Northwest, the Horn Dawgs are a powerhouse of sound playing a unique set of classic rock and blues that makes the group a “must-have” for any celebration or event.
From varied song selections such as Radar Love, Bang-A-Gong, and Jet, to classic rock tunes from Chicago, Stevie Wonder, Beatles and Blues Brothers, the seven-piece band always has its audience moving and busting a groove.
"When we heard the Horn Dawgs we knew we had to get them for our concert series,” said 13 Nights on the River Managing Director, Christina Sullivan. “The energy of the Horn Dawgs is great. We just had to have them."
Price Range: $500.00
Gig Length: 120 - 240 minutes
What to Expect
The band typically arrives two to three hours before each event - two hours early to set up and sound check, or three hours early if we are also setting up our PA. We like our sound check to occur no later than 45 min before the show. We typically have a performance contract in place before each event that includes our stage set up, power needs, outlet availability ect. In addition, if needed, the band can bring its own PA, stage lights and sound person.
Our song list easily runs four hours, with three 10 to 15 minute breaks. However, we are also comfortable playing shorter shows, anywhere from two to three hours, depending on client needs.
