As a group of professional male and female musicians from South Florida - The Highlights gained their name from playing "the highlights" of songs - the parts everyone knows and sings along to and quickly gained popularity. From pop to standards, yacht rock to R&B - The Highlights will play the perfect soundtrack to your event to make sure every guest has a great time! From solos to five piece bands - DJ's and even live band karaoke - perfect for private parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, and corporate events!

Working with The Highlights, you can expect that the music and entertainment for your event to be taken care of! Each one of our members have worked in this industry long enough to know that aside from entertaining the crowd - the most important things for any event are clear communication with the planner and a smooth, early set-up! Prior to your event, we will coordinate with you on the music selection, what members should wear and finalize all points with your contract. We will confirm with you at the beginning of the week - as well as the day of your event and be at the assigned location no later than an hour prior to your event for set up (usually a 20 minute process). At that time, we will coordinate with the event manager on any announcements/speeches for the evening and any last details. Unless previously arranged, each set is usually 45-50 minutes with a 10-15 minute intermission. After performance, breakdown usually takes around 30 minutes.
