I began my career as a software engineer, but it didn't take long to discover my passion for leadership. Over the years, I've had the privilege of leading teams of all sizes—from small startup groups to international teams spanning multiple continents.

Through these experiences, I developed a deep understanding of what separates true leadership from management. While managing processes and systems is important, I learned that the real challenge lies in inspiring people and creating the conditions where teams can thrive.

This realization led me to launch my executive coaching and speaking practice. I work with managers and senior leaders who want to bridge the gap between strategy and execution—not by micromanaging the details, but by learning to inspire their teams and trust them to deliver results.
