I understand your concerns about the playlist, but I want to assure you that every song played during the event was from the playlist you provided. However, I also had several requests from guests, including the grandfather, for specific songs. I tried to accommodate these requests while still following the playlist as closely as possible. In hindsight, I could have communicated better with you about the requests and ensured that your granddaughter's playlist took priority. I'll take this as a learning experience and improve my communication for future events. I'm committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that my clients' expectations are met.
