What to expect
Piano! Singing! Music! Mayhem!
Expect toasts, roasts, classic ragtime and honky-tonk tunes, and new songs played in a VERY old style!
Perfect emcees, featured performers, even background (though we prefer to be front and center).
About
The Frytown Toughs were born out of Doc Holliday’s musical saloon show in Tombstone, Arizona. They have performed across that great state from Bisbee to Kingman, and everywhere in between. Their specialty: Piano! Singing! Music! Mayhem! And plenty of shenanigans.
Retro/alternate timeline ragtime rock n' roll & reggae, pianola punk, gramophone grunge, covering such great hits as “Red River Valley“, “Maple Leaf Rag“, “Minnie The Moocher” and “Stairway To Heaven“. Really. Everything from Stephen Stinking Foster and Jimmy Rodgers to The Beatles, Greenday, 4 Non Blondes. ELO, and LMFAO.
Imagine a medley of “Party Rock Anthem” and “Call Me Maybe” as it might have been performed 130 years ago, and you’ll start to get an idea of some of what THE FRYTOWN TOUGHS are all about.
