From small private party, cocktail or engagement party to wedding reception and corporate event, The Fixtures Duo will transform any occasion into a beautiful affaire.
Their repertoire includes the classic standards of Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday, the more contemporary sound of Amy Winehouse, Nora Jones and Sade, as well as stylishly arranged pop tunes of Sia and Muse to name a few.
For the Francophile, they also incorporate some gorgeous French tunes such as " La Mer " and " Autumn Leaves " because nothing says romance like French songs!
They are highly experienced musicians and have developed a unique blend of beautifully crafted vocals and expert guitars, a perfect marriage of classic and modern sound.

They have performed hundreds of shows collectively and individually, here in the USA as well as internationally.

In Southern California, you might have seen them play at Hotel Montage in Beverly Hills, Fess Parker Winery Santa Barbara, Four Seasons Hotel, Ritz Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, Langham Pasadena, Le Petit Parisin DTLA or Farm in Palm Springs, as well as many private events.

The Fixtures Duo will bring a romantic atmosphere to any event, club, lobby, restaurant, or bar.
Their style is a perfect blend of jazz standards, Neo soul and beautifully arranged pop songs in English and French.
After meeting on a joint musical project Fabienne Grisel (Vocals) and Ido Sasson (Guitar) realized they share a love for similar music and decided to form The Fixtures Duo.

Fabienne grew up in Europe and was introduced to jazz and blues by her father, a trumpet player. Being surrounded by music early on, she started singing at the young age of 7. She then moved to Los Angeles and studied Vocals and Songwriting at Musicians Institute. After exploring different genres of music (pop, rock, classical, jazz, blues) and playing in various bands, she released a solo record in 2015 for which she won an award from Songnet (The Independent Songwriter's Network).
She has studied classical vocal technique and pedagogy for the past 19 years with Dr. joel Ewing (The Eagles, Steve Perry, Seal). And in 2017 she joined the award winning LA rock band NEVERWONDER as their lead singer.

Ido is a session guitarist and producer with over 15 years of professional experience in both recording and live performance. After completing his degree from Musicians Institute, he toured Europe in conjunction with Redbull and has performed live on TV shows including the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and The CBS Morning Show. He has also worked in the studio with many artists such as Sarah Bettens of K's Choice and Adam Cohen (Leonard Cohen's son).

These two accomplished musicians have been playing their beautiful sultry melodies, all over Southern California, for countless private and corporate events at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills and The Langham Huntinghton in Pasadena to name a few spots.
And they are ready to play for you!!
