Additional booking notes
We provide all the sound equipment and mainly require a space to perform with and a nearby power outlet. We need at least 2 hours set up time prior to performance and 1 hour to tear down after the event. We don't require a raised stage (that's up to you if you prefer), but we do need a level performance area. If the event is outdoors during in-climate weather, we would need to perform in a covered area to protect our electrical equipment. If the event is outdoors on a sunny day, we would appreciate performing in a shady area or having shade provided for us. We will happily provide a microphone for your announcements and provide recorded background music when we're not performing. Typically, we perform in groups of 45-60 minute sets with approximately 15 minute breaks in between. However, we understand private events don't necessarily work on the same time line as a night club event, therefore we are willing to work with your timeline. We would need an overall timeline of the event prior to booking. This will enable us to give you an accurate price quote. Additionally, we will need any load in information to provide an accurate quote. Load in information pertains to access to the performance area, such as, is there a level accessible path that we can roll our equipment through. Carrying our gear up stairs, hills and mountains isn't our favorite thing to do. You'll find that we're pretty easy fellows to work with and we want you to have a fun, stress free event.
