Become The Experience Maker™
To gain – and keep – more customers, leading corporations and associations are turning to customer experience training for their employees and members. Keynote Speaker Dan Gingiss will teach your audience how to consistently create remarkable experiences, the kinds that customers can’t wait to share with others. Organizations are frustrated with growth strategies that don’t work. Dan’s proven WISER method is a new approach to creating a more customer-centric culture that results in more customers who spend more, stay longer, and refer others.
In today’s competitive world, the difference between winners and losers lies in not just how many customers you gain, but how many you keep. It can seem impossible to grow when you are always trying to fill a “leaky bucket.” Instead of spending more and more money acquiring new customers, the best option for growth is to create remarkable experiences every day, for both your customers and employees.
When every employee is inspired and empowered to become The Experience Maker™ in your organization, work becomes more fun, which improves morale, employee and customer satisfaction, and – perhaps most importantly – sales. Why sales? Because happy customers stay longer, spend more, and tell others about you.
Dan Gingiss is an international keynote speaker who believes that a remarkable customer experience can be your best marketing. In today’s digital world, every experience can come online to social media with the tap of a button, so companies must ensure that every part of the customer journey is executed flawlessly.
Thankfully, there are simple techniques to eliminate customer pain points and create memorable experiences throughout the customer life cycle. Dan doesn’t just talk about customer experience; his fast-paced, energetic presentation style is meant to actually create an experience for the audience that they’ll surely remember.
Every speech concludes with clear takeaways that the audience can begin using the very next day. If you’d like to see how simple changes can transform your organization, reach out for a quick call with Dan.

Keynote Title: A Remarkable Customer Experience Is Your Biggest Competitive Advantage
Keynote Description:
Let’s face it: Competition is tougher than ever these days. Competing on price is a loser’s game — just ask the two gas stations across the street from each other. And competing on product is getting harder and harder as almost everything can be copied — just ask your favorite ride-share company.
So what’s left? How can we stand out in a crowded marketplace that is constantly evolving?
In this fun and engaging keynote, customer experience speaker and former Fortune 500 executive Dan Gingiss will teach the audience how customer experience can be your company’s ultimate differentiator, creating a competitive advantage that cannot be copied.
Your business CAN compete on customer experience. When you create a remarkable experience for your customers, they become your best marketers and salespeople. The result is more customers, who spend more, are loyal longer, and recommend your company to others.
You’ll walk away from this keynote with the inspiration and the tools to go back to work and create a deeper connection with your customers. And Dan Gingiss doesn’t just talk about experience, he creates one for the audience, too! Are you ready for the experience of a lifetime?
Keynote Takeaways:
1) Learn the types of experiences people share most often and why.
2) Apply an easy, 5-step framework for creating remarkable, shareable experiences.
3) Leverage examples from many other companies across industries that have been successful with these simple, practical, and inexpensive ideas.

A/V Setup List
Dan will work with your A/V team to ensure his keynote looks and sounds amazing!
Laptop. Dan prefers to present using his own PC laptop which already has all of his audio and video clips pre-loaded. He just needs you to provide the HDMI hook-up. Or, he can provide his slides in PPT format along with all associated audio and video files to be presented on your laptop. An internet connection is NOT required.
Sound. Dan’s presentations contain sound clips. Sound is typically plugged in through the headphone jack of his laptop. A sound check before the speech is strongly recommended.
Microphone. Dan requires the ability to move around the stage, so a wireless microphone is critical. Lavalier, headset, or countryman microphones all work well.
Confidence Monitor. Dan strongly prefers to see his slides while facing forward. Viewing the next slide is optional. A countdown timer is preferred but not required.
Slide Advancer (“Clicker”). Dan can use his own or one provided by your team.
Podium. Dan does not use a podium. It is best if there is no podium on stage, but he can definitely work around one if necessary.
