Tim Burton for your spooky events
For all your themed parties and other events, the Doctor Him?self will travel across time and space to entertain. The Doctor Him?self is great for science education events, birthdays, fandom weddings, and more!
With a background as a costumed museum docent and over 20 years of emcee and live event experience, I’m able to bring a myriad of characters and celebrities to life.
Do you need John Lennon to deliver a singing telegram? Carl Sagan to answer astronomy questions? A slick Vegas host to bring your performers on stage? I’m your guy(?)!
Have a Doctor in the house at your next event!

October 11, 2026Hired to act as a royal butler at the party and announce guests as well as coordinate the flow of events. They guided the guests on what to do, where to go, and general flow of the party. Highly recommend for every kind of party. Having someone instruct people were to sit, when to get food, greet everyone in character, answer general questions, introduce any other talent was so helpful so I could focus on the behind the scenes of my event. I highly recommend!!!

Gig length: 30 - 300 minutes
For parties, I answer questions, lead games (I have a handful that are included in my fee), and pose with guests in character.
As a host, I banter with the audience based on age and other demographics and get the crowd excited for your performers or speakers.
Bring character to your birthday party, pub trivia night, awards show, conference, or wedding!
Comfortable both in front of a crowd and mingling, I've been performing as an emcee and walkaround character for over 20 years.
Clients have included: COSI Columbus, the St. Louis Science Center, AMC Theaters, Waukegan Pride, Headquarters Beercade, and more!
Characters include: Tenth Doctor, John Lennon, Carl Sagan, Betelgeuse, Prince Albert, Tim Burton, pirates, butlers, cowboys, vampires, and more!
Ask about my party packages that include custom games!
Let’s talk about your event vision and see how I can help you bring it to life!
