What to expect

We’re a Boston-based trio that plays live music for weddings, cocktail hours, and private events. Our sound is mostly jazz, but we also pull in funk, fusion, and R&B grooves depending on the vibe, so we can keep things classy and relaxed or a little more upbeat depending on your needs.

The group is bass, keys, and drums, and we aim for a full, clean sound that works well as background music while still feeling live and engaging.

We have access to a small PA system if needed.

We’re a newer group and actively building our event experience, and we put a lot of focus on being reliable, easy to work with, and sounding great live.

We’re flexible with volume and setlist and can tailor things to your event, whether you want jazz standards, R&B, or something funky.

Feel free to reach out with details. We’d love to see if we’re a good fit.

About

The Danilo Andres Trio is a jazz group based in Boston, Massachusetts. The band formed in 2024 through Berklee City Music, where the members first met and started playing together. They are currently studying at Berklee College of Music while continuing to perform and develop their sound.

Their music is rooted in jazz, with influences from Latin jazz, funk, fusion, and R&B. The trio focuses on improvisation, groove, and playing in a way that feels natural and responsive to the moment.

They’ve performed at events including the Panama Jazz Festival in 2024 and the Boston Youth Festival in 2025.

The group is made up of pianist Edwin Duarte Jr., bassist Danilo Andres, and drummer Elisha Pritchard, each bringing their own musical background and influences into the trio.

Additional booking notes

We require a flat, stable performance area suitable for a 3-piece band (keyboard, bass, and drums) with access to standard power outlets.

We can provide a small PA system and microphones if needed, or connect to an existing sound system at the venue.

A basic level of lighting is preferred so performers can clearly see each other and their instruments, especially in low-light settings.

We typically need around 30–45 minutes for setup and soundcheck before performance.
