We hired Amber for my sister’s bachelorette party and she absolutely made the night! She wasn’t just hilarious—she was personal, engaging, and had everyone in tears laughing from start to finish. She somehow managed to roast each of us in the funniest, most good-hearted way (still laughing about it!) and even surprised us by teaching a dance that had the whole group on their feet. It felt like she’d known us for years with how spot-on her humor and energy were. Every single person said she was the highlight of the night. If you’re looking for someone to take your event from fun to unforgettable—book her immediately!!!

What to expect
Comedian: You can expect a high energy, theatrical performance that never slows down. If asked prior, I can adapt my material accordingly but, without restriction, my material is adult, witty and physical! I am not a mean comic and while I will interact with the crowd, I will never pick on the audience in an aggressive or rude way. (Unless specifically asked). Oh and I should probably mention laughter. You can expect to pee your pants.
Host: I will come dressed in glitz and glam, hair and make up done, legs out and proud. I can control and guide a crowd to whatever the event itinerary demands with a big smile. People love my energy and confidence and authenticity. You will see I can connect with anyone! I'm great with all age groups as well as all cultures. Having grown up in Miami, I know how to assimilate with all types of people.

Amber Joy Layne aka The Dancing Comedian is a Miami based entertainer known for her physically witty comedy. She has toured with Ilana Glazer as her opening act for crowds of over 1800 people. AJL has performed at The Comedy Store in Sydney, in the Laughing Skull Festival and is a regular at the Miami and Dania Improv. Every weekend, she is the resident host of "The Cheeky Cabaret" where she entertains crowds with her jokes and dance acts in sparkly costumes. Off stage, Amber writes commercials and stars in them as the spokesperson for the luxury brand, Aroma360. While helping her craft this BIO even Chat GPT was like damn girl, when do you sleep?
