The Creative Outlets Improv troupe has some of the best and hardest working comics in New York City. We make any birthday, anniversary, holiday or office party hilarious and unique for you and your crew. Rory Scholl is a professional comic and storyteller and has been for over a decade. Through that time he has made connections with best improv comics in the country and assembles groups to perform short form improv comedy anywhere. And he means anywhere. From a water taxi in NYC to a beach in Aruba, for Sprints yearly outings to downtown Disney World art festivals, or wedding receptions in Laredo Texas to a bah mitzvah in the Catskills. If you hire The Creative Outlets you will get a highly interactive original hysterical one of a kind show filled with comedy and music that will leave your guests, co workers, or whoever you want to entertain in stitches.
In most case we will bring a keyboard but if you have a piano in the space that would be great too! If its on a stage and the crowd is more than 100 people we require at least three hand held mics...but clip ons would be best. If its in a house or back room of a restaurant, we usually do not need any sound equipment.
As our show is all improvised we usually dont have a set...set list. We do have over 100 games we choose depending on the sizes and ages of our crowds.
Heavily influenced by Second City and Comedysportz and most improv troupes in Chicago. Whose Line is it Anyway ( both the US and UK versions) are the closest thisng to what we do.
