Kim couldn't have been a better choice for our wedding caterer. She was so personable, helpful, calming, and efficient, not to mention a fabulous cook! She handled everything from start to finish with the expertise of a five star chef. Everyone raved about our meal, which featured Beef Wellington. She completely took over the kitchen, but was so unobtrusive that you barely knew she was there. I would recommend her over and over for any event.
