Hi I’m Michael Saenz, I’m a dedicated culinary professional with over 15 years of hands-on cooking experience. My passion for food began early and led me to pursue culinary school, where I built a strong foundation in technique and flavor. Although life took me on a different path when I welcomed my first son and later worked as an electrician for seven years, I’ve never stepped away from the kitchen.
