Space Requirement: A minimum area of 10 ft x 10 ft (level surface) for the photo booth setup, backdrop, and guest interaction area.
Power Source: Access to a standard 110V electrical outlet within 25 feet of the setup location.
Indoor/Outdoor Use: Indoor setups are preferred. Outdoor setups must be in a covered, weather-protected area with access to power.
Access & Parking: Easy access for equipment loading/unloading near the event area is appreciated.
Setup Time: Please allow 60–90 minutes prior to the event start time for setup and testing, and 45 minutes after the event for breakdown.
