Here are a few samples of exciting services and options we provide
Weddings: Delight in this once-in-a-lifetime experience with our beautiful white carriage and majestic horse. You may use two hours of our carriage service as you please; either a private ride with just the two of you, or share the two hours of fun with your guests. Additionally, you might choose to have 30 minutes with one of our two beautiful horses to model with you in your wedding photos.

Funerals: The Carriage Establishment is honored to assist you in celebrating the life of your loved one with a funeral horse drawn hearse, reflecting dignity and elegance. Our authenic horse drawn hearse pulled by our team of horses, is perfect for families looking for an unique option to give their loved one a proper send-off. The stately black hearse will lead the procession to your beloved person’s last resting place.​

Quinceanera: ​Feliz Cumpleanos! What better way to celebrate your 15th birthday Quinceañera than with a beautiful horse drawn carriage? Your traditional event will be unforgettable when you include a specially decorated horse and carriage and formally dressed driver.

Christmas Events: ​The Carriage Establishment celebrates the holiday season every year from Thanksgiving through Christmas. Make your reservation or drop by our carriage stop and join us as we provide carriage rides around the festive Christmas Village in downtown Ogden.

Special Events: An authentic horse drawn carriage can make any event unique, fun, and unforgettable. Including our horse drawn carriage will make you say, “This is exactly what I need to complete my special occasion!” We offer a variety of services.

The Carriage Establishment is a family-owned business, first started in 2014 by Dale and Karen Greenwell. Dale grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and planned on having a successful business of his own. Many years of opportunities in various life paths finally led him to his dream business; working with horses.

​Dale grew up riding his pony Ginger, and later many other horses in the hills behind his home. He trained horses and found a natural relationship and connection with them. He started driving horse drawn carriages in Salt Lake City in 2008. He enjoyed meeting and serving the public and giving them a memorable experience riding in the carriage.

Dale and Karen partner together to realize The Carriage Establishment Mission to: Provide one-of-a-kind nostalgic horse and carriage experience. They are committed to be respectful of individual, family and community cultures, while providing exceptional customer service.
