July 3, 2025No horse drawn casket
Do not place a deposit even if Jenn says she is used to Rose Hills. She will make you believe she has served there and that the horses can navigate. She made me believe she could do it and so I paid the deposit. I lost my deposit banking on what she told me. End the end, Rose Hills said that my sister’s gravesite was too steep for the horses to navigate. Sad ending to an already sad story.

I have done many services at Rose Hills. When I spoke to Rose Hills the lady was ready to give me the route to take and where the transfer was to take place. Dr Gg coordinator told Dr Gg it was too steep for the horses. Coordinator has no idea what my horses can and can not do. This being said the family cancelled the carriage.
Booking through gigsalad stated no refund.

This review is long over due, if you are thinking of using a carriage company this is the one you want!!!! We came to Jennifer three weeks before our wedding after finding that out that the company we originally hired had done none of the required work to get approval from the city. The company, though hired months in advance was ready to leave us without transportation on our wedding day. I called Jennifer and she went to the city the same day, she rushed to get proper paperwork approved, she made many call and sent many emails. Jennifer jumped through all of the hoops the city required and even went out of her way to find additional contractors that the city was requiring. Unfortunately, the city did not approve us to use this Carriage company due to the delay of our previous company, But Jennifer was amazing. I would have loved to have them as apart of our wedding day. Jennifer went above and beyond to help us. You would be in the best hands with this company!!!!!

All carriages and wagons come with white rope lights. Some decorations are provided as in flower, holiday themes. Feather plumes in many colors for horses.
