The Caleb Rains Band is flexible and easy to accommodate in a wide variety of venues, from restaurants and patios to wedding receptions and corporate events.

Power
Two to three standard 120V outlets within 25 feet of the performance area are preferred. A dedicated circuit is ideal when available.

Space
• Solo or acoustic duo setup requires approximately 6x6 feet
• Full band setup requires approximately 12x10 feet

Sound
Venue provided PA and sound support are preferred when available, especially for medium to large events. The band is happy to work with in house engineers or third party production teams.
For smaller rooms or private events without sound support, we can provide a professional PA system suitable for up to approximately 150 guests.

Lighting
Basic ambient or venue lighting is sufficient. No special stage lighting is required, though enhanced lighting is always welcome for larger productions.

Load In and Setup
Typical load in and soundcheck require 45 to 90 minutes depending on setup size. The band coordinates timing in advance to ensure minimal disruption to your event schedule.
