November 19, 2019I hired Bar Whisper Teri and server Ona for my husband's birthday party held at my home for about 4o guests. Before the party Teri provided plenty of information, direction, and expectations to prepare for the party and their services. I wasn't disappointed. They arrived promptly one hour before and Teri went straight to "bar set-up". Ona was marvelous as I walked her around showing her where things were, what we would be serving, and when, etc. She also asked good questions ahead of time, such as the restroom location and room for coats and bags, info she later used as guests arrived to lead them to the "coat" room and point out the location of the restroom. Teri perfectly set up the bar and was ready to go when the guests arrived. Ona was top notch, a delightful woman, preparing and passing the hors d'oeuvres, setting up the main food, prompting me to announce food was served, cake and birthday song were now ready to go, etc. Teri and Ona seamlessly took care of all of our guests throughout the evening. What a wonderful way to enjoy our party - being with our guests instead of worrying about food and drinks all night. At the end, Teri packed up the bar and Ona took care that all the food was packed and put away. They stayed until all was done, not looking at the clock to "clock out" at a certain time. It was a respectful arrangement which I appreciated. A wonderful way to end our party. Many of our guests thanked us for the great party and noted how well organized it was. Thanks to Teri and Ona.

Above all of that we have shared here - we will work with you to ensure that the Bar and/or Hospitality side of your event is what you want without causing additional stress on you at your own Event.
We provide you a checklist of what we recommend you should have on hand for the Bar to satisfy your customers (i.e., brands, quantities, sizes, etc.). We will quote our pricing on a per/event basis so that no two quotes are the same because we know that no two events are the same.

The Owner of The Bar Whisperers began her career in the corporate/travel environment of working a business hotel bar for the Marriott Organization. She has 10+ years of private and corporate bartending experience - including service to the Houston Astros (with Diana Ross); also for the New England Patriots Private Party pre-SuperBowl; and also the NFL Experience for the NFL - where was given a one-year MVP Award for her exceptional customer service. The average experience of others in this group range from 3 to 5 years or more.
Also - to work for the NFL - all backgrounds were checked by the FBI and the TSA.
We do provide a Checklist that is customized to Your Event and Specifications as well as a Customized Contract that protects both parties with legal wording that is easy to understand, and yet comprehensive in coverage.
