The great thing about working with the Bar Exchange is that you are working with the owner and operator. Madison and her husband made our celebration so special! Madison is a strong communicator and will be the one working your event. She is a true professional and went the extra mile to make our celebration perfect, setting up the bar stylishly and with cute menu cards so our guests knew the available drink options. She had planned well, asking all questions and confirming details ahead of time so she would not have questions during the event. She had enough help so there was never a wait for drinks and ensured we did not run out of things, per her suggested ordering. She arrived very early, and both setup and cleanup went seamlessly. I would trust Madison for any future event. Hire her and you won't have to worry about a thing, other than enjoying your celebration!

The Bar Exchange, LLC was an excellent choice for our wedding bar services and beverages. Their communication style was quick, understanding, and detailed throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and value was extremely reliable, they have a strong sense of integrity, and they were highly professional. On the day of our wedding, they showed up on time and helped open the door for my grand entrance, which was a nice personal touch. Additionally, our bartender Madison was amazing - she provided excellent customer service to all our guests, had drinks ready on hand, and was a key detail that contributed to the success of our special day. I would highly recommend The Bar Exchange, LLC for any couple's wedding bar needs. Madison couldn’t have made my day better as she was one out of all my vendors who did not show up late and the rest did but she saved the day during cocktail hour!
