December 7, 2025We recently hired them to perform a for our annual holiday Christmas Brunch that we have over 100 kids in attendance. They were scheduled to arrive and perform at 12:30 pm at 12:08pm I received an email informing me that they weren't coming. Canceling for any reason 22 mins prior to arrival is unacceptable. After responding to this email stating a 24 hour window would of been better that 22 mins the owner Elizabeth responded
"I could have called yesterday but we were hopeful it wasn’t going to take her out. We understand that you wouldn’t hire us again but luckily we have plenty of work to keep us busy and the bills paid.
Be well, watch out for the flu cuz it’s out there now! I hope the membership’s children were able to muddle through and still had a great time. We are sorry that we couldnt be machines for you today. We truly did feel terrible already but thanks for the quick reminder! "
I don't know about you but these aren't people I would put trust into for any special event.
