The Banana Bar is a family-owned dessert pop-up created by Sarah and I with one simple mission: bring fun, great energy, and unforgettable treats to every event we’re part of. What started as a small idea between the two of us quickly turned into a full mobile dessert experience built around one crowd favorite — chocolate-covered frozen bananas made fresh on the spot.
We’re hands-on with every part of the business, from designing the cart to serving guests ourselves. We love meeting people, creating a great vibe, and adding something unique to festivals, schools, parties, and corporate events. Every booking helps our small business grow, and we take pride in showing up on time, delivering amazing service, and making your event sweeter in every way.
Additional booking notes
To keep everything running smoothly, here’s what we need:
• A flat space (approx. 6–8 ft wide) for the cart setup
• Access to electricity (1 standard 110V outlet) for warmers
• Shade or covering for outdoor daytime events (we can bring our own if needed)
• Easy access for loading/unloading
• No extreme heat directly on the cart (chocolate + Georgia sun = not friends)
• If indoors: please ensure food service is allowed at your venue
We’re flexible, self-contained, and easy to work with — just tell us about your space, and we’ll make it work!
