The Avery and Brian Experience

Avery and Brian are touching audiences across the country with the most unique, funny and uplifting generational conversation on the importance of healthy relationships in life. Wouldn't it be wise for us to give our relationships at least the same amount of thought and time that we give to social media or work? But it starts with your own self-awareness. The Avery and Brian Experience shows people how to create, grow and repair relationships by teaching audiences how to have conversations that matter. If you are willing to put in the work, willing to forgive and willing to agree to disagree, things can always get better.

Before Avery and Brian Baker began helping companies and families have conversations that matter, they had their share of obstacles to overcome as parent and child. Their story is a perfect example that no matter what happens in your relationship if you’re willing to agree to disagree, willing to forgive and willing to put in the work, things can always get better.

Brian spent 25 years in executive leadership positions with AT&T and Bank of America where he built relationships and led teams of people to success. He knows from experience the foundation of all successful organizations (and households) begins with good communication, trustworthiness and the ability to collaborate effectively. Brian is a certified social and emotional intelligence coach and an alumnus of San Francisco State University.

Avery has also mastered the art of relationship building. Only 23 years old, he has worked in college athletics, public relations, politics, and the hospitality industry. In addition, he’s lived in Sydney Australia, Washington DC and has traveled to 8 countries on 3 continents in the last 2 years. He’s been able to forge meaningful relationships with people all over the globe with the goal of having free room and board during his travels😊. Avery is a 2018 graduate of Sacramento State University where he studied Economics and Communications.
