For over 10 years Sly has developed a unique reputation as one of the premier Athletic Performance Specialist in the city. Armed with a Sports Psychology Degree Sly has a unique approach to mentally training Athletes helping them unwrap their gifts and building in mental toughness into the physical program.
This has shown to be the most effective strategy allowing the athletes to start with a high level of self-awareness.
Working with young people/young Athletes is where Sly’s passion shines bright! He has a natural ability to connect with the younger generation in need of assistance and has helped many whether face to face, or via Skype overcome life’s difficulties.
Sly is most known for preparing Athletes for European Soccer trials, National camps and Olympic Trials both mentally and physically.
