When I'm hired for an event, it generally is classified into 1 of 2 categories: 1-Show or 2-Festival/Expo.
A show generally is a single long set (15-30min), or two short sets (5-7min). This includes several feats of strength performed in succession. There are some audience interactions optional.
A festival or Expo are usually ran All Day, or even Multiple Days. This requires multiple shows each day as well as more audience interaction or crowd work. These are billed as full days of work. The main difference between Festivals and Expos are crowd size and how much crowd work is offered

Rick has honed their skills on stage as a Strength Performer for since 2010, performing in front of crowds ranging from intimate private shows all the way up to festivals with hundreds in the audience. Rick also has built a large following online through online performances, with 254k followers on TikTok and 151k followers on Instagram.
Outside of their avid fascination (or AuDHD hyperfocus) of Physical Culture, they are a TransQueer activist, Mutual-Aid Organizer, Illustrator, Gym Owner, and co-owner of the Archives of the Strange & Unusual Art Gallery & Curiosities Shop in Franklin, NC.
All my shows require the stage area to be clear of wires and equipment. Ceiling height is important for safety in some of my stunts.
For Sound, I use a Phenyx Pro LAV mic.
Most of my shows start with me walking on stage with my equipment, however, exiting the stage can be made easier if I have a stage hand helping.
