The Ali and Susie Band

We are very hands on with each client and want to make sure their wishes are heard and accomplished. You can expect a great attention to detail, easy communication, and flexibility. We have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to pulling off a successful event and we will bring those experiences to performances. There will be no shortage of professionalism from beginning to end. We will be involved as much or as little as the client wishes. We know how important it is to be present for more than just our performance and are always available all day on the event to make sure everything goes smoothly. Our product is very important to us and we always make sure we're 100% prepared.

Susie and Ali are twins sisters from Maine but have made North Carolina their new home. They are moms of a combined 7 children and have been singing and performing for over 25 years.
Prior to living in North Carolina, Ali lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and was the lead singer of entertainment band, The North Coast Orchestra, for 7 years. She performed at hundreds of events and even was able to sing the National Anthem for NBA Champions The Milwaukee Bucks multiple times and for The Milwaukee Brewers.

Before relocating to North Carolina, Susie was the lead singer for the extremely successful New England band, Mixology for 12 years. They were even Wedding Wire's Couples' Choice band for 6 years in a row! Susie found her love for public performing after winning multiple local singing competitions, leading to the Miss Maine stage. After winning the Miss Maine Competition in 2009 she went on to grab the talent award later that year at the Miss America Pageant.

Ali and Susie were also excited to be on Season 3 of FOX's t.v. show, I Can See Your Voice. You can find the show on Hulu, singing live on episode 8, "Twinning".

Ali and Susie also have a podcast called Diaries of a Wedding Singer that you can download on Spotify, Apple podcasts or anywhere you get your podcasts. The show dives into all things "wedding" and what they've seen work wonderfully combined with helpful advice for couples. They also interview all kinds of different performers including broadway actors, local bands, symphony conductors, photographers, wedding planners and songwriters. Listen today!

Making special events memorable for every client is a passion for both Ali and Susie. In their downtime you can find them with in the sunshine or on the trailhead with their kids and husbands.
