We prefer to engage and interact with our audience. We play an eclectic blend of Americana, Blues, Old-time, Country, Bluegrassy stuff and Classic Rock. We prefer to play in smaller sized events and venues and wish to entertain as well as play music. We do not care for being background music.
We are a husband and wife duo and have been performing in the Greensboro area for several years. We can play gigs from 1-2 hours in length. We can play 2 hours all acoustic or 2 hours of acoustic and electric. We specialize in small events, like backyard parties with groups of no more than 50-60 people. We have a sound system that is entirely battery powered, so no power cords all over the place.
We tend to specialize in venues where a full band would be either too large, or be too loud to be a proper fit.
If a gig is outdoors, we require shade, as direct sunlight wreaks havoc on battery powered equipment. If a gig is outdoors and at night, we need enough lighting to see our instruments to play properly. We have battery powered PA system that would be good for up to about 50-75 people.
