We are a five piece female fronted, family-friendly cover band that plays fun party songs from the 1960s through today; a little bit of everything from Adele to Zeppelin. We also can add a 3-4 piece horn section!
For three separate years, 2020, 2021, and 2023, Spindle 45 has won Yes! Weekly’s “Best Cover Band” in their reader’s choice awards. In 2021, the band also was nominated and won the Winston-Salem Journal reader’s choice “Best Local Band”.

December 12, 2025Spindle 45 is one of my favorite local cover bands. Not only are they great vocalists, several of the members play multiple instruments which adds to their great sound. They also engage with the crowd, much to our enjoyment. Would love to see them more often in our area!
