Malachy usually shows up 15 minutes early and leaves about 30 minutes after his performance is finished. Malachy loves to stay and talk with his guests and clients and is always polite and courteous. Always super professional and never uses crude language or humor.

With his strolling close-up magic, Malachy will stroll around your event mingling with guests and performing close-up magic for individuals and groups. His presence does not interrupt the flow of the event, this works as a great icebreaker while guests arrive and/or provides entertainment throughout the event. He will curate magic performances to any event. For Cocktail hours and speakeasies, he performs a combination of Mentalism and interactive Magic done in the audience's hands!
For Corporate Events, he designs and creates his own custom magic and mentalism appropriate to each event.

For lounge and loud party environments, he primarily performs impromptu magic (magic using everyday objects like toothpicks, straws, rubber bands, etc.)

For Stage Shows and Parlor, in cocktail lounges or speakeasies or any stage:
Mixing magic with mentalism, your guests will be left astonished as his shows are highly interactive and engaging and often will include 10-20 volunteers.

Often times people will have Malachy 1st perform walk-around close-up magic and mentalism for a few minutes and then a full stage show... the choice is yours!

Malachy is not your typical magician or mentalist. He performs and impresses audiences from every walk of life, even under the careful scrutiny of FBI Trainers, Forensic Psychologists, and Retired Cops alike.

Malachy got his start in magic performing for Law Enforcement Professionals, private investigators, Forensic and Parapsychologists, due to his early interest in those fields.

Obsessed with the TV show "Lie To Me" Malachy studied everything under the sun related to reading people's personalities, from behaviour analysis to micro-expressions.
A psychology student, with a Master's Degree in Deception Detection from the Paul Ekman International program in reading micro-expressions.
When he performs he is one of the few - who can say they are the closest to the real Sherlock Holmes.
