Texan Fool brings to the table: professionalism, decades of experience, top quality gear including high end digital PA with plenty of wattage for any venue, high energy, enthusiasm for performance and entertainment. To summarize, we take what we do seriously but we always focus on having fun, creating energy in the room so that everyone can enjoy great music and a truly wonderful time. This is no garage band! It's a band of pros that love what we do and do what we love!!

Texan Fool was born out of a love for the incredible music of John Cougar Mellencamp. Singer Wade Brantley fell in love with the music after hearing powerhouse songs like I Need A Lover, Ain't Even Done With The Night and of course Jack & Diane. After fronting various cover bands and playing everything from The Beatles to the Foo Fighters, conversations with close friends became the genesis of Texan Fool. Wade bounced the idea off of bandmates Carter Livingston and John Duscio, and the excitement was immediately clear. To complete the lineup, the trio turned to the powerful rhythm section of Jon Zoog on drums and his long-time friend Mike Wagliardo. The synergy of the five was instantaneous and the band has been performing to appreciative crowds all over Texas since. High energy live shows and ability to deliver the true essence of the Mellencamp catalog are the hallmarks of Texan Fool.

We can work with nearly any situation and will be flexible in working with event planners. We can provide full stage, sound and lighting for just about any event. A band member will discuss event locations with you including power requirements, and consult on site planning and related issues.
